Scott graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science. He then attended Willamette University and earned a Master of Business Administration and a Doctor of Jurisprudence.
Scott represents businesses and business owners in transactional matters and litigation. He advises clients in the areas of real estate; business transactions; businesses entities; business restructures; workouts and terminations; estate planning and commercial litigation.
Scott is a member of the Oregon State Bar and Lane County Bar. He is licensed in all courts in Oregon and the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
Nate J Bassinger

Nate graduated from the University of Oregon’s Business Honors Program with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Nate then attended the University of Oregon School of Law where he earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence and graduated in the top ten (10) percent of his class.
Nate represents personal representatives, trustees, licensees, and businesses. He advises clients in the areas of estate planning, licensure defense, and entity formation.
Nate is a member of the Oregon State Bar.
In his free time, Nate enjoys spending time outdoors with his friends and family and being an active member of his church.
